The region's open data portal built on ArcGIS Hub, with datasets from the regional atlas and municipal profiles.
The dataMSK portal publishes datasets from the regional atlas and a Municipal Profiles app with statistics on every municipality in the region, and it is linked to the National Open Data Catalogue. We worked with OpenDataStudio on the technical side; the design is by Slant.
